We may request that images be provided. Please do not discard the items as we will need damaged or incorrect items to be returned.<\/p>\n<p>Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Defective Products and Consumer Guarantees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
